    1. Waterproofing

Rainy season is just knocking at the door and you surely don’t want water leakages from different elements of your home. Waterproofing in rainy season might result in delaying of work and faulty waterproofing system as it might not get enough time to gain its strength due to continuous rain.

    2. Repairing

As the saying goes, “An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure”, repair your minor cracks, hollowness, spalled plaster and other ailment of your building elements like roof and external walls, gaps between window frames and wall etc. as moisture intrusion in these areas can lead to serious damp and other issues in your home.

    3. Re-painting works

Touch up the paint outside and inside of your house. It not only makes your home better for living. Paint with suitable lighter shades that can reflect back some amount of heat and keep your home cool thus saving your pocket.

    4. Schedule your HVAC service

What is more horrible than a broken cooling system in the hottest day of the year. Clean the air vents, since dust and other allergens can accumulate over the winter and irritate everyone’s sinuses. So, have your HVAC system checked now before temperature gets too harsh.

    5. Repair your faulty faucets and plumbing lines

With the temperature rising around, we tend to use more and more water to keep ourselves cool and also for our daily needs. But drippy faucets and leak plumbing lines can increase your water bills and also waste precious water.

    6. Cleaning of water spouts and drain lines

Summer season witnesses some occasional downpours. Long dry winter period might clot your drain lines with leaves and dust. Take time to remove the leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts.

    7. Monitor for bugs

People aren’t the only ones who enjoy warmer weather; summer can also mean the onset of more pesky insects and pests. Contact a reputable pest control company to take care of these issues before they turn into big problems.
